Agree. Should we have this as a discussion during the meetup itself
then? What is your plan on going about with this?

Karthikeyan, have you read the entire thread? The discussion is on
making Chennaipy more safe for women and a code of conduct could be
one step towards that. Having a code of conduct means we need a way to
enforce that. Vijay was talking about how we could bring such a
process out.
