Yeah - it's here, but not sure it's really all that much use in my humble opinion. I think the idea was to make it more accessible (you can send mail without subscribing) & to separate the user questions from the developer questions - but I'm not sure there are enough users here to bootstrap much of a community discussion. Likely places like Stackoverflow, etc, achieve that better?
