Something odd still seems to be happening but I'm not certain if it's with my setup or not. I see `libclangCrashTests.exe` as a build target, but I do not see `libclangTests.exe` as one. So we're definitely building *some* of the unit tests. But I'm not seeing the one I'd expect.
