I don't think this is the right approach. We already have a mechanism to
abstract the path separator using lit, and should be using that to specify to
FileCheck. See `%{fs-sep}` and its various usages that already exist. That
ensures that the path separator is appropriate for the host environment and any
options like the cmake option for configuring the path separator direction on
Windows.
