Hi - I'm coming here from Alexander's post on stackoverflow <https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33924519/git-pre-receive-hook-and-git-clang-format-script-to-reliably-reject-pushes-t> and I'm interested to see both how this solution is progressing (no replies for 1.5 years is not a good sign), verify it still works, and to check if there are better options available hedging if this is stuck in limbo and out of usability date.
