I think this comparator does not meet the strict-weak-ordering required by 
`std::sort`.
I think it's better for the tests to just first check that all of these values 
are objects, and that they all contain an "id" integer.

Then just make a projection to those fields for sorting.
And btw prefer `llvm::sort` over `std::sort` because in expensive checks, it 
also does a shuffle to uncover nondeterminism.
