[PATCH] D34761: [Bash-autocompletion] Invoke clang where user called

When user build clang and used completion Eg. `build/bin/clang
-fno[tab]`, we want to invoke `build/bin/clang --autocomplete=-fno`,

  rather than `clang --autocomplete=-fno`.
