Would you be ok with using `loop-fusion` instead of `loop-fuse`? The former is a well-recognized name for the transformation. Since the other names of loop optimizations such as interchange stick to prevalent usage, it would be good if we could do the same for fusion. This isn't required, but may be more consistent. What do you think?
