Besides that, I dont think it is a big issue:

1. It is only an issue if nested bullet lists are defined by a user outside of 
the documentation parsing.
Currently, I did not see nested bullet lists used outside of this test.

2. For the documentation markup, nested bullet lists are also not used.
And for the future doxygen parsing, [nested bullet lists are also not 
supported](https://www.doxygen.nl/manual/commands.html#cmdli).

3. This does not affect lists which are written as markdown in the 
documentation.
