Sorry, I don't have a lot to add. Things look good on my end so far (local builds and https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/63 + https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/107). Besides the particular MSVC version on the failing bot, it's also using ccache.
