CompoundStmt has FPOptions, that should be set for IRBuilder when generating
code if that statement.
It must fix the issue #84648.

Subject: [PATCH] [clang] Set FPOptions at the beginning of CompoundStmt
CompoundStmt has FPOptions, that should be set for IRBuilder when
generating code if that statement.
It must fix the issue #84648.
