The reason why these tests were marked as XFAIL is that the feature they were 
testing will cause errors on other platforms but will be warnings on msvc (due 
to being a MS extension). This Clang side change fixed it by turning it into an 
error. So the tests will no longer XFAIL on msvc when using a newer msvc. 
However, libcxx bots are not building clang from source, so they didn't catch 
this issue. 
I propose marking this test as unsupported on msvc  in PR #104635 . We should 
remove the unsupported tag once libcxx bots rolls into a clang contains this 
patch.
