Is there a Release Note for this new requirement on distributed build systems? I don't know whether it would ordinarily be the users or the dbs providers who would implement it, but you've created that external requirement and it needs to be documented. What is -frtlib-defaultlib? I don't see it in include/clang/Driver/Options.td.
