See https://bugs.gentoo.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=enum-constexpr-conversion&list_id=6843355 and keep in mind that a bunch of stuff isn't buildable with Clang 16 yet anyway so I expect a bunch more to be broken on top of that.
Also, e.g. gdb isn't fixed in a release yet.
