Sorry I'm not familiar with the implementation for clangd too. Maybe we can CC 
@sammccall here or create another new thread to discuss the details. I can help 
with module related things (clang implementation and language) only (which 
seems not so helpful in this case). The only new information I know is that we 
can focus on named modules now. And for the header units, we can treat them in 
the similar way like normal headers.
