MaskRay added a comment. It may be time to add unittests to `clang/unittests/Driver/ToolChainTest.cpp` for /opt/rh detection. You may use `TEST(ToolChainTest, VFSGCCInstallation)` as an example creating a pseudo file hierarchy in memory.
