Would that look something like what we do in SemaType.cpp
GetFullTypeForDeclarator()? i.e.,
if (TInfo) {
TypeLocBuilder TLB;
TLB.pushFullCopy(TInfo->getTypeLoc());
ObjCObjectPointerTypeLoc TLoc = TLB.push<ObjCObjectPointerTypeLoc>(T);
TLoc.setStarLoc(FixitLoc);
TInfo = TLB.getTypeSourceInfo(Context, T);
}
