DavidSpickett added a comment. Is there any reason to have an AArch64 specific section? A lot of the files do apply to both Arm and AArch64 but for example the mve file Momchil mentioned does not.
Would make sense if you wanted AArch64 only there'd be an `aarch64-resource-headers`, even if it just makes the config command clearer.
