I'm trying to reproduce the problem but without success yet. And all buildbots available to me are green. So no ideas right now.
By the way, as far as I can see you use some sort of build system probably to get rpm package. Right? Could you try to build Clang by hand (http://clang.llvm.org/get_started.html) and run the tests. Is the problem reproduced in that case?
