`createMCObjectfileInfo` returns a `MCObjectFileInfo *` similar to every other
`create*` function in `TargetRegistry.h`.

You're right. The `createMCObjectFileInfo` always returns a no-null value. I'll
move the construction and remove the check for `MOFI`.
