Make the function static instead. In the previous release (LLVM 10.x), this function was instead a lambda function inside LocalAddressSpace::findUnwindSections, and because LocalAddressSpace was marked with _LIBUNWIND_HIDDEN, the lambda function was also a hidden symbol.
