I'd like to get rid of Opts.NoTrappingMath, but I haven't been bold enough yet. NoTrappingMath is not expressive enough because it can hold only 2 values, whereas the Exception behavior can be ignore, strict or maytrap. So I'd get rid of that Opts field, and the only place where I see it actually being used is in llvm/lib/Target/ARM/ARMAsmPrinter.cpp and the change in this patch doesn't seem to affect the ARM logic so I think if I got rid of it, it would be OK. All the other instances of the string are in llvm test cases.
