If it is used for other > languages, this help text should be updated. Hmm. Cuda currently uses `-nocudalib` for essentially the same purpose (Sort of like `-nostdlib`, but for CUDA). Perhaps we should consolidate all these into `-nogpulib` and alias `-nocudalib` to it.
