This is already handled in `lib/Driver/Tools.cpp`, in 
`freebsd::Linker::ConstructJob()`:

    if (D.CCCIsCXX()) {
      getToolChain().AddCXXStdlibLibArgs(Args, CmdArgs);
      if (Args.hasArg(options::OPT_pg))
        CmdArgs.push_back("-lm_p");
      else
        CmdArgs.push_back("-lm");
    }
