Because in the current state, it means that after creating a tarball of any package that uses a 'configure' script, I need to wait 42 minutes until I can build it. The best way to fix this would be to activate an ntp daemon, or equivalent, IMO. Because with the older OS on the same machine, I often observed a clock shift of 5 to 10 minutes, which was also somewhat annoying.
