Hi,
After upgrade to 12.2.5 Centos7v3 (12.2.2 was the previous version) and
restart mons, mgrs, the dashboard is unaccesible:
ceph version 12.2.5 (cad919881333ac92274171586c827e01f554a70a) luminous
(stable)
[root@cephmon03 ~]# ceph -s

On ceph-mgrs log I can see:

I found a similar bug http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/20216

LISTEN 3128785/ceph-mgr (same at every mgr node)
mgr seems to be listen and ceph mgr is running but at dashboard:
No active ceph-mgr instance is currently running the dashboard. A failover
may be in progress. Retrying in 5 seconds...
