All, I agree that rsync is down on download.ceph.com. I get a connection timeout as well. Which makes it seem like an issue of the firewall silently dropping packets.
It has been down for at least a few weeks, forcing me to sync from eu, which seems out of date. Tyler - Is there any way that beyondhosting.net could turn rsync up for its mirror?
