Hi, Could you check / show the weights of all 3 servers and disks? eg. run "ceph osd tree" Also if you use failure domains (e.g. by rack) and the first 2 are in the same domain it will not spread the data according to just the weight but also the failure domain. Cheers, Robert van Leeuwen
