Well, at least some of the [osd] section settings are effective (e.g.
osd_mount_options_xfs) and some not (e.g. osd_data=/data/$cluster/$name
).
Those that are not effective yet (such as osd_data) should be left to
default values, otherwise /etc/init.d/ceph will collide.
So, my guess is that all settings will be handled eventually.
