Thanks to the following link. I managed to get pass the [remote] sudo:
sorry, you must have a tty to run sudo error.

Now when I try to ceph-deploy mon create ceph101 I get

ceph-deploy: The lsb_release command was not found on remote host.  Please
install the lsb-release package.

Installing redhat-lsb right now.
