Hi Matthias,
I just want to note that freezing the filesystem is indeed a very good
thing because in the end (whether you then take snapshots individually
or with "rbd group snap create") you get a set of image snapshots that
are filesystem-consistent. "rbd group snap create" in isolation would
produce only a crash-consistent set of image snapshots.
