Hi,
port 8443 is the default dashboard port on the active MGR. If none of
your hosts listens on that port, then your dashboard most likely isn't
working.
Is the cluster healthy? What does 'ceph mgr services' report (mask
sensitive data)?
The message you quote is the alertmanager, trying to connect to the
dashboard so you would see the alerts in the dashboard (I assume).
