You should be able to refer to it with "radosgw-admin CMD --uid
<keystone-id> --tenant <same-keystone-id> --bucket "abc"
Some commands will accept --bucket "<keystoneid>/<bucketname>" but
adding --uid and --tenant makes it super clear to radosgw-admin
exactly which bucket you talk about.
