This was a major point of discussion this Monday at the CSC meeting. Unfortunately, I don't see a minutes email sent to the lists like there are some weeks. My own short summary is - it's being investigated currently with plans to try and have both Ubuntu 24.04 (noble) and EL10 builds in the not to distant future for tentacle. I can't give you solid dates and it's going to be a non-trivial amount of work.
