Hi,
I took a hammer to this in the end - ran
radosgw-admin bucket rm --bypass-gc --purge-objects
--bucket=gitlab-artifacts --yes-i-really-mean-it
in the secondary zone, then ran radosgw-admin metadata sync init and
radosgw-admin data sync init to restore synchronisation.
Two questions, if I may:
* the online RH/IBM docs say you should restart all RGWs after running
radosgw-admin data sync init - if this is correct, should the
radosgw-admin manual on docs.ceph.com also have this note? It's not
obvious why this is necessary, but I presume it is...
* which of --purge-objects or --bypass-gc should I not have used when
originally trying to delete this bucket quickly?
Thanks,
Matthew
