Hi Boris,

as far as I can remember the bucket_location is related to the
LocationConstraint when you create a bucket (AWS S3 API).

read this link:
https://docs.ceph.com/en/latest/radosgw/placement/#s3-bucket-placement and
double check the syntax how to define it.
