Hi all, After a fantastic Cephalocon at CERN last year, and based on the early results of the Ceph Events Survey (thanks to those who responded!) we are aiming to hold the next Cephalocon in North America in the fall of 2025 (Sep/Oct).
We need to capture informal (not contractual) commitments from potential sponsors early so we can move ahead with planning the event. Levels will be similar to 2024's prospectus [1], with a possible increase in cost. However, for anyone who responds to this early commitment, we plan to hold the 3 major sponsorships (Platinum, Gold, and Silver) to 2024 pricing!
