[ceph-users] Re: Spam on /var/log/messages due to config leftover?

I solved the problem by stopping prometheus on the problematic host, 
then removing the folder containing the prometheus config and storage 
(/var/lib/ceph/<clusterid>/prometheus.<hostname>) and then restarting 
the alertmanager and node-exporter units.
