i have already done a backup at the beginning using "cephfs-journal-tool journal export backup.bin", there is only a limited backup of the data itself from the ceph.
With a backup I meant the data outside of Ceph. Journal backup is of course also good to have.
I guess with "ceph health detail" you would get more information about the inconsistent PGs. And with the objectstore tool you can check what objects might be damaged.
