Google searches for that show issues on 2.6.3x kernels in many distros (I see it in .31, .32, .33 kernels) including opensuse and ubuntu ... they seem to be ignorable from what I am reading. It seems to be a sata issue (with the nforce2 chipset) and not a graphics issue. Make sure all your file systems are mountable.
