So how did something get installed at:
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/Mail/Header.pm?
If it is from a package,
rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/Mail/Header.pm
should tell you. Try to install the right version of that.
