[CentOS] CentOS 4.8 to 4.9

Hi. Somebody in the Spanish CentOS mailing list is asking how to move from
CentOS 4.8 to 4.9. He cannot upgrade to 5 or 6 at this moment. Any Hints /
Howto? I would pass the translated answer to the Sp. list.
