short answer: when RHEL 6 releases one. which very well may be 'never' as changing lib versions tends to break binary compatibility. instead, they'll backport any critical fixes to the version they distribute, which appears to be 2.22, currently at 2.22.5-6 (where the -6 number is the EL6 variant).
