Hello,
        I'm running pure-ftpd 1.21-16 on centos 5.3. A user sent me some
files, some rpms and a few patch files. The rpms do not show up right, they
record as data rather than rpm or tar or zip or whatever. I am not certain
if it's pure-ftpd corrupting these files, the patches showed up empty and i
was assured everything was working on the other end, or if the user uploaded
binary files in ascii. If the latter can i fix them? If the former any
suggestions?
        Thanks.
        Dave.
