That's about exactly what I did. I setup the NFS server on machine
'raymonde' (192.168.1.4) on my local network. Then when I do this from
another machine:
[r...@lifebook ~]# mount raymonde:/data /home/shares
Nothing happens for about a minute or so, and then I get the following
error:
mount.nfs: Input/output error
Which leaves me clueless.
Any idea what might go wrong here?
