Yes, but the point isn't to make it painless, it's to make sure I can keep in practice. I've had jobs over the last 9 years doing Linux kernel development/analysis, and at one point I was so out of practice I had to relearn how to build the kernel all over again. /That/ was painful. BTW, since you mentioned it, which is better - the RH NTFS module(s) or the fuse implementation? Maybe I'll look for another excuse to build a modified kernel if the latter....
