One way to do this is to create the file /etc/dhcp/dhclient-enter-hooks that 
contains:

 make_resolv_conf(){
        :
 }

Or, add the line 'PEERDNS=no' to the matching 
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-XXXX file
