Yes, because the link is supposed to be working for the latest release, aka 7.6.1810 So http://isoredirect.centos.org/altarch/7.5.1804/isos/ppc64/ works but not the /7/ as there isn't a 7.6.1810 release for ppc64. So, from an infra PoV, the link will work as soon as there will be a ppc64 release.
