Poking around I found:

/etc/yum/pluginconf.d and now I see where presto comes from. I noticed in the
fastmirror.conf there is a line

hostfile-timedhosts.txt

On my test box it has several lines of hosts with a number.

On the box I’m have yum update issues, it is blank. ??
