Well it's different, but still doesn't seem right.   That shows:
Installed environment groups:
   MATE Desktop
and
Installed groups:
   Core
   Dial-up Networking Support
   Fonts
   Guest Desktop Agents
   Input Methods
   MATE
   Multimedia
but still no mention of development or gnome.
